Our adjustment of claims of loss of or damage to a machine insured under Industrial All Risks or a Machinery insurance policy is normally as a package of our survey and investigation, but the adjustment is made by our team of qualified adjusters only. In certain cases our adjustment can be based on a survey and investigation by other party such as experts.

We will discuss with our Principal special rules they have established or appointment of a forensic, scientist, specific engineer, lawyer and the like if needed.
