Our survey on damaged cargo without adjustment is limited for WK. Webster only for Consignees in Indonesia who insure their cargo to overseas insurance companies that appoint our WK. Webster for the claim adjustment. We report solely and confidentially to our WK. Webster and not to the Consignee.

Our survey is intended to identify the nature and extent of damage, to establish the cause of the damage or loss of and to conclude any economical salvage value.
