Adjustment of cargo claims

Our adjustment of cargo claims is normally as a package of our survey and investigation on damaged cargo, but the adjustment is made by our team of qualified adjusters only. In certain cases our adjustment can be based on a survey and investigation by an independent surveyor. However, as adjusting is an entirely separate skill to surveying, problems relating to cause, peril and/or extent of damage may issue.

We will discuss with our Principal special rules they have established or appointment of a special expert if needed.

To ensure best result, our adjustment is issued only in writing by our office upon completion of examination by our team.
