PT Dharma Nilaitama was established on October 10, 1984, under Notary Decree No. 39 as an insurance adjuster. Following the issuance of Decree No. Kep-2413/MD/1987 by the Director General of Monetary Affairs, the company officially began operations in October 1987 as a loss adjuster.
On July 8, 1988, the company expanded its services to include marine insurance adjustments, following an agreement with W K Webster Group of Companies, United Kingdom.
Since our inception in 1987, we have accumulated extensive experience in handling a wide range of claims, from large-scale and complex cases to straightforward and fraudulent claims. Our expertise extends to various evolving local conditions, working with corporate groups and individual stakeholders.
